Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball Courts

Courts are available from daylight to 11:00 p.m. 7 days a week on a first-come, first-serve basis.  PHA residents must be present to use the courts and are required to display PHA issued plaques outside of each court gate.  League play is prohibited on courts.  Tennis and pickleball instructors must register with the Pepperwood office.

Court Etiquette

Appropriate court behavior and attire is required of all players.  Cooperation and respect are essential on the courts to avoid interfering with play on the adjacent courts.  If your ball rolls onto the other court, please do not go after it, or call for it, until the players on that court have completed their point.  Courtesy for other players enhances court use for everyone.  Spectators and waiting players should remain outside the court area.  Players on the tennis and pickleball courts must wear shirts.

Tennis courts have a one-hour limit, when others are waiting.

Basketball courts have a one-hour limit, when others are waiting.

Pickleball courts have a one set or 11 point limit, when others are waiting, with a 5 minute warm-up.
