Past Events

  • The 2011 Pepperwood HOA Annual Meeting was held October 27, 2011.  Residents approved the 2012 capital and operating budgets proposed in the October 2011 Newsletter and rejected both of the special initiatives.  As a result, HOA dues will remain at the same level as 2011.  Gordon Johnson and Brian Zeppenfeld were elected to the Board, and Bob Baird was re-elected to the Board for an additional term.  Pepperwood is grateful for the service of retiring Board members Dave Evans and Eric Pearson.
  • At its meeting on November 17, 2011, the new Board of Trustees elected the following as HOA officers for the 2011-12 term:  Devere Anderson, President; Bob Baird, Vice President; Jon Richards, Treasurer; and Doug Haymore, Secretary.
